End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and BatchPay QB, a product of Thora Solutions, and governs your use of our software platform, including integrations with QuickBooks Online and ACH/NACHA payment services.

1. License Grant

BatchPay QB grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software. Unauthorized access to services or data is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Access

You consent to BatchPay QB accessing your QuickBooks data only for the purposes of processing ACH payments, managing customer records, and fulfilling core functionality.

4. Termination

BatchPay QB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. BatchPay QB is not responsible for errors in third-party services such as QuickBooks Online or your bank.
